Supplementary Examination

A candidate, who fails in one written paper and is not entitled to grace marks, can be allowed to appear in the following supplementary examination of that paper provided:
(a) He has scored minimum 30 percent marks in that paper,
(b) Gets through as per aggregate marks, and
(c) Pays fee of Rs. 300/- for supplementary examination.
In cases of misuse of knowledge and privilege, concerned. Natur-opathy Diploma holder or Naturopathy Assistant Certificate holder will himself be liable. The Samiti reserves full right to cancel Diploma/Certificate and Registration of such Naturopathy practitioner.
Only the Executive Committee of the Samiti has the final authority to amend the rule(s) relating to examinations.
Resolution of any legal dispute with Samiti will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
