Candidates for the Samiti Examinations shall timely submit their applications direct to the Samiti. They can also submit their applications through the examination centre authorized for the purpose.
The students should attach true copies of the original certificates of minimum qualifications, date of birth, and two passport size photographs with the application form. The form duly filled in must reach the office of the Academy before the prescribed last date, otherwise he/she will not be allowed to take the examination.
A candidate is required to submit fresh Application Form issued by the Samiti. Typed or photostat forms will not be accepted. If the information given by the candidate is found incorrect at any stage, his/ her candidature will be rejected forthwith.
Applications for June and December Examination shall be submitted to the Academy Superintendent, Examination Centre by 31st March and 30st September respectively.
Form submitted after the last date will be received by the Samiti with late fee as mentioned below:
For June Exam: From 1st to 15th April Rs. 150
From 16st to 30th April Rs. 300
For December Exam: From 1st to 15st October Rs. 150
From 16st to 31st October Rs. 300
Note: No form will be accepted after the last dates mentioned above. Application form received after above dates shall be kept pending for next session, if so desired by the candidate. Change in rule or late fee etc. are under control of subcommittee. All failed students are allowed to submit their Application form (s) within 15 days after the declaration of result of the concerned session.
A student can exercise his choice of center for examination. However, if the Academy allots any other examination centre, then the candidate will be bound to appear from that center only. In case, a student wishes to change the centre he/she should submit an application in writing 30 days before the commencement of the examination with a fee of Rs. 500. Academy’s decision on it will be final.
(a) Number of Written Papers: There shall be only one written paper hi Chikitsa Sahayak (I semester) Examination, two written papers for Chikitsa Sahayak (IInd semester). However, there will be two written papers for N. D. D. Y. First Year and N. D. D. Y. Second Year. There will be three written papers for N. D. D. Y. Final Examination, (b) Candidate appearing directly to the Second Year of N. D. D. Y. shall appear in three papers, (c) One Viva or oral examination is compulsory Internal Assessment, Practical works along with oral questions. Maximum marks for these will be as follows: 10, 20,20 and 50 respectively. Internal assessment by Center incharge carries maximum 20 marks,
